Funeral Director / Embalmer Apprentice

We currently have a full time opening for a Funeral Director/Embalmer, Apprentice at Nickerson Funeral Home in Orleans, MA . This position interacts directly with client families during their time of need and is expected to assist the Funeral Director/Manager in creating and maintaining a premier level of client family satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications An ideal candidate has recently completed or currently enrolled in an accredited Mortuary Program Desire for FT employment as an apprentice in a Funeral Director/Embalmer role Must be able to lift 75 lbs + Computer skills (Windows & Microsoft Office) Valid driver's license and a good driving record Must be able to work on-call, including working weekdays, evenings and weekends as needed Ability to pass both the National Board exams and the State Funeral Board examsat the appropriate time 65714

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
