Job Summary We seek a proven professional to support our Client Services Team in our Orleans office on Cape Cod.
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will be responsible for providing vacation rental marketing and management guidance and supporting our clients to ensure their success.
This is a hybrid position.
Some office time is required.
As a Client Support member, you will also work closely with the team to provide feedback and measurable solutions to improve efficiency of daily functions.
Cross-Training will be an essential part of this position.
Responsibilities Advise homeowner clients regarding the marketing and management of their rental properties Identify and implement methods to assist in delivering a high-quality customer experience Become a vacation rental industry expert and spokesperson Manage, and resolve customer questions and issues Provide consistent feedback on account management platform(s) and duties to improve efficiency and client experience.
Review and provide productive feedback on client listings Engage and nurture new business leads Promote a culture of open communication, mutual respect, and collaboration.
Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in providing superior customer service Patience, showing empathy and understanding when speaking with clients and vacationers A solutions-driven team player, willing to show initiative and offer input and assist in implementation of new platforms and processes Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Experience and comfort with relevant applications preferred, including but not limited to CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Zendesk, Asana, Calendly, Social Media applications Ability to work flexible hours Excellent written and oral communication skills a plus Knowledge of short-term rental and real estate industries preferred Salaried compensation/commensurate with skills and experience Benefits Health insurance mitigation and HSA contribution 401k with company contribution Flexible vacation time Unlimited sick time Paid time off Bonus Pay Professional development assistance Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
