We are looking for a part-time, year-round Steward/Custodian to join our tight-knit team dedicated to providing excellent member service.
This part-time, year round position is responsible for maintaining clean, orderly and attractive conditions and assistance with Club events.
Flexible hours with some holidays, weekends and evenings will be required.
Previous experience as custodian, housekeeper or maintenance person preferred Excellent people, organizational, and communication skills, sufficient physical strength and agility to carry out essential duties and the ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents are a must.
CPR, First Aid and AED certifications (paid by the Orleans Yacht Club) will be required within 60 days of employment.
Must be able to pass background checks and provide positive work and personal references.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
